Three years ago, when Aligned Women was just getting started I had only my own story to tell.

I had started a practice that was profitable in under 90 days, and I did it working less than 15 hours a week and used only FB for “marketing.”

It was a huge weight lifted in our family when I was contributing financially from my own business again and working far less to do it. Our girls were just 13, 5 and 2 at the time.

The practice model that I had built was so very different than what I had been told by my mentors I needed to have to be successful. It was so very different than my first practice. Yet, it didn’t matter to me because I was able to be the mom I wanted to be.

What I was doing may not have looked like the ideal picture of success in chiropractic, but I FELT successful and I was taking home money far more quickly than I had before.

I was a n=1 example. But I knew that I had to share how I was doing this with more women in our profession. And so I did….

Today we have oodles of stories from women in our community who are building their own model of success. Some operate their practices in one room they rent; others own buildings and have big teams. Some are just breaking the 6-figure mark in annual revenue; some are nearing the million-dollar practice milestone.

Regardless of what their practice looks like or how many team members they have or what their annual revenue is, they are all focused on being present with their families while increasing their profitability.
The status quo in our society is the belief that in order to make more money, you have to work more and work harder. We’re PROVING…. that’s simply not true.

One doc in my mind today has become the sole provider for her family, hired her first associate, works the exact schedule that she wants and takes more time off from practice than ever before.
