Can’t you just work harder?
Can’t you just work harder?
I mean, seriously.
It’s such a shame….
You have a duty to teach the world about chiropractic.
Everyone with a spine who’s breathing needs chiropractic care.
So why aren’t you out there telling more people about the benefits of chiropractic?
Oh….
Wait….
I know why.
I understand.
YOU…
Are a mother.
You are a mom first.
And I know, just like me, before you became a mother, you had a vision for your career.
For how big your practice would be.
And I know you didn’t expect motherhood to change what you wanted.
But it did.
And most people don’t understand that.
They’ll still tell you…. the reason you’re not more successful is because you’re not getting up at 5am for a morning routine.
They clearly don’t understand that you have an “all-night” routine.
A baby who needs you every 2 hours 24/7.
They don’t understand postpartum depletion, because they’ve never lived it.
How can you work harder, when you’re already working so hard and left with so little to give???
The practice management and coaching programs in our profession basically teach one way—work harder, be louder, see more patients.
It can be so damaging for a woman who’s already so worn out to be told this is the only way she’ll be more successful.
And…
It’s simply not true.
What you need is a support system that’s designed to fit YOU (not designed to make you fit IT).
What you need is to be shown how to put yourself at the top of the list.
To have the time and the energy to do what’s important.
And the courage to set boundaries that allow you to confident saying no to the rest.
What you need is a business model that doesn’t put more pressure on you.
But one that allows you to be at the classroom parties and to take time off if your baby is sick.
Being always available, offering discounts and over-extending yourself…. these strategies aren’t what works for women who are pulled to be present with their families.
In this audio training, you’ll hear the exact steps to take to ensure you can be #presentandprofitable.
